Mum made a glorious Sunday lunch yesterday and the crowning glory was her Lemon Meringue Pie - a cross between a Gary Rhodes recipe and one from the American Diner Junior's Cheesecake book (highly recommended!) replete with Gary Rhodes inspired spiked meringue!
It tasted glorious- lemon and buttery and the meringue was the perfect combination of chewy and soft! The photos don't do it justice!!
